Do you take Returns?

Purchases from our website: We accept returns of orders within 30 days of order placement. After 30 days, please contact us for a replacement in case your product presents any factory
defect.

Purchases from any third-party: We do not accept
returns from any third-party purchases, for this case please reach out to the selling party you purchased from. If your product presents any factory defect, we'll gladly replace it for you under lifetime
warranty!

Do you ship internationally?

We are constantly expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, feel free to contact us in order to arrange your shipment. Please check our Shipping page for more information.

How long does Shipping take?

Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country). All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest. Exact time of delivery might be hard to determine due to the current pandemic.
